We are aiming to build a balanced community of 250 battery storage owners, investors, developers, traders, and facilitators. Every registration is reviewed to ensure the right conversations happen at the right level.

• After submitting the form on this page, we will review your request and get to back to you at the earliest.
• If approved, you will receive an invoice from our team via email.
• The invoice must be paid within 14 days of receipt.
• Once the invoice has been paid, you will receive a ticket that confirms your participation and grants you entry to the event.

• Full two-day access to all talks and roundtables as well as networking opportunities and 1:1 consultations
• All meals and drinks for both days and evening gathering on day 1
• Post-event recordings and presentation materials

To preserve the flow of networking and knowledge-sharing, we have structured get enspired! as a two-day experience. Therefore, we do not offer a discounted price for one-day attendance.

To maintain the quality of discussions and networking, get enspired! is an invite-only event. If you would like to recommend a colleague or someone else in the BESS ecosystem once you have been approved, you can submit their profile to events@enspired-trading.com

The venue is not a hotel. The accommodation for your stay must be booked separately.

• 25% refund if cancelled between 8 weeks and 2 weeks before the event.
• No refund if cancelled 2 weeks or less before the event.
• No credit or transfer of fees to future events will be issued.
• Name changes are allowed up to 5 days before the event. To request a transfer, please contact us at events@enspired-trading.com with the full name and job title of the new attendee. Approval of the new attendee remains at the discretion of the organizer.

1. Registration & payment

• Participation is subject to approval by the organizer.
• Registration is only confirmed once full payment has been received.
• Approved registrants will receive a ticket by email once payment is complete.
  
  

2. Cancellation & refund policy

• 50% refund if cancelled before 8 weeks prior to the event.
• 25% refund if cancelled between 8 weeks and 2 weeks before the event.
• No refund if cancelled 2 weeks or less before the event.

3. Ticket transfers

• Name changes are allowed up to 5 days before the event.
• To request a transfer, contact us at events@enspired-trading.com with the full name and job title of the new attendee.
• Approval of the substitute attendee remains at the discretion of the organizer.
  
  

4. Unapproved registrants

• If someone submits registration and payment but is not approved, they will receive a full refund and be placed on a waiting list.
  
  

5. Event changes & force majeure

• If the event is cancelled by the organizer, all paid fees will be fully refunded.
• If the event is cancelled due to force majeure (e.g. war, terrorism, public health emergency), no refunds will be issued.
• The organizer is not liable for any travel, accommodation, or third-party costs incurred by attendees unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  
  

6. Access & conduct

• The organizer reserves the right to refuse participation or entry to any person, even after payment, in cases including but not limited to:
  • Conflict of interest (e.g. competitors)
  • Unprofessional or disruptive behavior
  • Breach of the invite-only policy
• No unauthorized filming, audio capture, or distribution of event content is allowed.
• The organizer may request that photography or recording be restricted in certain areas or sessions to protect intellectual property.
